  • Art direction: Developing the visual concept and creative guidelines in line with the new brand identity, followed by graphic execution respecting this identity.
  • Communication: Coordinating with internal teams to ensure understanding and consistent adoption of the new banners.
  • Distribution: Implementing an efficient system for distributing the banners to employees, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid update of LinkedIn profiles.

Project objectives: Enhance the recognition and visibility of Néosoft while strengthening employees’ sense of belonging to the company.

Creation of the « Speed Battle » video concept

To address recruitment challenges, we decided to highlight various roles at Néo-Soft in a fun mini-series format. The principle of Speed Battle is to provide as many answers as possible to each question within 5 seconds. Season 1 consists of 10 episodes.

My role included:

  • Concept Creation: Developing the original concept for the series, ensuring it was engaging and aligned with Néo-Soft’s recruitment objectives.

  • Art Direction: Establishing the visual style and creative guidelines for the series, maintaining consistency across all episodes.

  • Filming & Editing : Coordinating and directing the participants during the shoot, ensuring high-quality footage that adhered to the creative vision.

  • Motion Design: Creating dynamic motion graphics to enhance the visual appeal and engagement of the series.

Project objectives: Attract potential candidates by showcasing various roles at Néo-Soft in an engaging and entertaining format and increase awareness of job opportunities within Néo-Soft.
